If you have already made the payment, but the item has not been shipped, perform the following steps:
Once the item has been shipped, it cannot be canceled directly. You can ask for a Return Refund once received the items.
Note: please submit a request immediately if you haven't registered a SNOWBEY account or can not find the Cancel Button.
If an order is canceled, the refund amount will be based on the actual amount you paid.
If the order hasn't made payment yet, you can cancel the order and place a new order with the correct parameters.
If an order is already shipped, it cannot be changed. You can ask for a Return or Exchange once received the items.
